Here at Splendid, we are the masters of organization. To make the entire planning process easier and more coherent, we have broken down all the stages into comprehensible phases.

First and foremost, we’ll get to know each other with a short online call or an in-person meeting before we draft our initial proposal. And once we agree on and fine-tune every little detail, the planning process will move into full swing. So you’ll have the chance to shape your event just as you want it, while we take the stress off your shoulders, booking your ideal vendors and planning every aspect of the creative design, from décor to party favors.
INITIAL CALL
Phase 1
The first step in reaching out to us is through filling in a short, succinct questionnaire found on our website. Once we have received your request, we will reach out to you either for a short zoom call or an in-person meeting. We will be able to fully understand what you require and desire in order to achieve your dream event, and we will subsequently draft an initial proposal and estimate for our service. In the follow-up meetings we can discuss further the offer and make any relevant amendments, and if we see that we are a match we can proceed!
Phase 2
The VIP Phase
The First Phase of the planning process is by far the most important. This is the stage where you select, and we book your most important vendors. The ones that will help shape your day and elevate the experience to new heights – photographers, videographers, stylists, entertainment etc.

Once the foundational framework of your event has been completed, we move onto a more creative lane. During this phase, you will sit down with your planner and begin the journey of designing your event. From the florals to more intricate structure, no details will be overlooked.

Time for the final touches! About a month before your event date, we go over all the details again – big or small, to ensure that everyone knows what they are doing and that your vision has been achieved. No stone will be left unturned, and no demand unmet. Once everything has been finalized we are ready for your event!
