Office Administrator / Client Communication

M.P Splendid Studio Design Ltd is looking to hire an Office Administrator / Client Communication in Limassol, full time.

We are looking for an innovative, team-oriented individual who enjoys working with others in a fast paced environment and maintaining relationships with our prestigious clientele.

The main focus of this position is to help with the organisation and planning our clients’ events by keeping them up to date with bookings and confirmations and assisting the Head Planner.


  • Book keeping with all clients event information
  • Be prompt and punctual with answering emails and telephone calls
  • Keep deadlines
  • Assist the Head Planner to organise, plan and execute events
  • Communication with clients and associates
  • Assist and oversight events


  • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of efficacy and efficiency with an outstanding attention to detail and good taste.
  • High degree of multi – tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High School Diploma Degree.
  • Be friendly and have excellent communication skills.
  • Able to create and manage schedules
